The measurement charts shown on the item pages reflect the textile measurements of our products - they are not body measurements. To determine your appropriate size, it is best to select a comparable garment of your choice (e.g. T-shirt or jacket) and lay it flat on a smooth surface. Take a tape measure and measure as follows:
Half chest girth:
Measure the garment at chest level below the sleeves from the outer left seam to the outer right seam.
Shoulder to shoulder:
Place the tape measure at the point on the garment that represents the outer left shoulder area and measure to the same point on the opposite side. Keep the tape measure as straight and taut as possible.
Body length:
Measure from the highest point of the garment at the shoulders (not the collar) to the point that should cover your hips. Measure as straight as possible from top to bottom.
